Managing your Whole Harvest subscription has never been easier! Whether you need to skip an order, change your meals, or update your payment details, our customer dashboard gives you full control at your fingertips. Key Steps to Managing Your Subscription

Here’s a quick summary of the key actions demonstrated in the video:

1. View Your Recent Order

When you log in, you’ll see your most recent order in a green section at the top of your dashboard. This includes:

• The processing date (when your card will be charged).
• The shipping date (your meals ship the following Tuesday).

2. Change Your Meals

If you want to customize your box:

• Click on your current meal plan.
• Unselect meals you no longer want to make room for new ones.
• Select your new meals and click Save.

Tip: If meals are grayed out, it means your box is already full. Unselect a meal to make space for new choices!

3. Skip an Order

If you don’t want to receive a box for a particular week:

• Go to the Upcoming Orders section.
• Find the processing date for the order you want to skip.
• Click the Skip button.

You can unskip at any time before the processing date if you change your mind.

Note: The cutoff for skipping an order is Monday at 11:59 PM the week before your processing date.

4. Cancel or Manage Your Subscription

Need to make changes to your subscription?

• Click the Manage Subscription button.
• From here, you can:
  • Update your address or payment details.
  • Cancel your subscription.
  • View previous orders.
