How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website by selecting a plan, adding your preferred meals and then proceeding to checkout.
Is this a subscription service?
You have the flexibility to order in a way that fits your lifestyle. You can choose between a one-time order—perfect for trying us out or ordering as needed—or a subscription for seamless weekly deliveries. With our subscription plan, you can easily modify meals, skip weeks, or cancel from your account dashboard. Whether you want the convenience of automatic deliveries or the freedom to order when it suits you, we’ve got you covered!
How do I change the number of meals I want to receive each week?
If you are currently subscribed for weekly deliveries and want to adjust the number of meals you are receiving, follow these quick steps below!
1. Log in to your account dashboard.
2. Click "Manage Subscriptions" on the right.
3. Select your active subscription.
4. Click "Manage Your Meals."
5. Scroll down and select "Swap this for a different product."
6. Choose your new meal quantity and make your meal selections.
7. Click "Swap Product" to confirm, and refresh your browser.

Can I order as a one-time purchase without subscribing?
Yes, simply choose "One-Time Order" when selecting your meal plan. This option gives you the flexibility to order on your schedule without subscribing to a weekly recurring box.
What is the cutoff time to place an order for delivery?
If you place your order before midnight (11:59 PM MST) on Thursday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday (5 days later). If you miss the Thursday night cut off time, you will receive your order the week after.
Can I order meals as a gift for someone else?
Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient's address during checkout, and we’ll deliver the meals directly to them.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription from your dashboard. Navigate to "Manage Subscription", select your active subscription, and click the red text, "Cancel Subscription".
Please note, cancelling your subscription does not cancel recently processed orders. Cancelling your subscription will prevent any future charges from processing. However, any charges for orders that have already processed will still be prepared, shipped, and delivered as originally scheduled.
