This flavor-packed bowl features fluffy quinoa, southwest seasoned potatoes, and a hearty veggie hash of zucchini, roasted corn, red bell peppers and tofu. For a finishing touch, drizzle on our creamy, plant-based hollandaise for a satisfying meal any time of day.

*Please note, there is no salt, oil or sugar added during preparation of this meal. 

Microwave: Peel back film and remove hollandaise sauce. Place the microwave-safe tray in the microwave and cook for 2-3 minutes or internal temperature reaches 165 F. Add sauce as desired and enjoy.

Stovetop/Oven: Remove from tray and transfer to a pan or oven-safe container. Discard film. Heat until the internal temperature reaches 165 F. Add sauce as desired and enjoy.

We do not recommend freezing the sauce in this meal.
