Microwave: Microwave in our safe tray with film intact - no need to pierce or remove. The film self-vents. Microwave for 2-3 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.

Stovetop/Oven: Remove from tray and transfer to a pan or oven-safe container. Discard film. Heat until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.
