Microwave: Peel back film and remove dressing. Microwave meal in our safe tray, or transfer to a microwave safe container and heat for 2-3 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F. Add dressing as desired.


Stovetop/Oven: Remove from tray and transfer for a pan or oven-safe container. Discard film. Heat until the internal temperature reaches 165 F and add dressing as desired.

Or enjoy cold, with dressing as desired.
