How do I prepare Whole Harvest meals?

The meals can be heated any way you choose, whether that's in a skillet on the stove or warmed in the oven, or microwave. 

While we recommend transferring the meal to a glass dish before microwaving, it's important to note that all our meals can also be microwaved in their original container. Our meal tray and film are microwave-safe, so you have the option to use them if you prefer. There's no need to pierce or lift a corner of the film; the product is designed to vent steam on its own. 

Follow these steps when heating in the tray with the film on: 

  1. Remove the label.
  2. If the meal is thawed, heat it on HIGH for 2-3 minutes. (You may hear popping sounds as the self-venting steam dome forms.)
  3. Once the dome deflates, remove the film from the tray and enjoy! We recommend transferring the meal to a plate to serve.

FROM FROZEN: For optimal flavor and texture, we recommend heating our meals from a thawed state. 

Can I freeze Whole Harvest meals?

Absolutely! All of our meals are freezer-friendly, and can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months. For optimal flavor and texture, we recommend heating our meals from a thawed state.
